Liquid Germall Plus is a broad-spectrum preservative system used in water-based cosmetic and personal-care formulations. It provides protection against the growth of bacteria, yeast and mould, helping maintain the microbiological quality and safety of the finished product.
It is particularly popular with formulators because it is effective at relatively low usage levels and can be incorporated into a wide variety of rinse-off and leave-on formulations.

Formulation Note: Liquid Germall Plus should generally be incorporated during the cool-down phase, preferably below 50°C. The appropriate preservative level should be determined according to the formulation, intended use and applicable cosmetic requirements. Preservative efficacy testing is recommended for finished commercial formulations.
