Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed and shipped.

Processing Time

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of R135 applies to all orders within South Africa.

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying areas: 3-6 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Plots and farms
  • Military bases
  • Prisons
  • Mines
  • Game reserves
  • Islands

If your address falls into one of these categories, we recommend using a Postnet address or alternative delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.

RETURNS

Change of Mind

If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may return unopened products within 7 days at your own expense to:

Requirements:

  • Email us at tendani@tends.co.za first to obtain an RMA number
  • Products must be unopened with original packaging intact
  • You will receive a Tends Retail store credit
  • Monetary refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns

Defective Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Section 56), if goods are defective, faulty, or not as described, you may choose a repair, replacement, or full monetary refund within 6 months of purchase.

To return defective goods:

  1. Email us at tendani@tends.co.za with photos of the defect
  2. Obtain an RMA number
  3. Return the item to the address above

We will cover return shipping costs for defective items, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Important: All returns must have an RMA number. Parcels shipped without an RMA number will be refused.
