CANCELLATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

1. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)

You have 7 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason. To cancel:

• Email us to obtain an RMA number
• Return unopened products at your own expense to the following address, Tends Retail, Unit C7, Innovation Worx, Corner 16th Road & End Street, Randjespark, Midrand, Gauteng, 1685, South Africa
• Receive a Tends Retail store credit (monetary refunds not available for change-of-mind)

2. Defective or Unsuitable Goods (6 Months)

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if goods are defective, faulty, or not as described within 6 months:

• You can choose repair, replacement, or full monetary refund
• We cover return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 30 days to original payment method

3. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to our skincare products, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with consumer protection laws.
